Notice on Flower Delivery
We are online flower shop in Hong Kong and provide Hong Kong flower delivery only. All item prices are in HK Dollar.
- Free of delivery charge, the flower price has included the flower delivery charge in Hong Kong.
But, we reserve the right for additional charge in case the delivery address is in very remote area in HK such as village house, villa and airport. No flower delivery to outside Hong Kong Island.
- There are two flower delivery sessions: AM session (9:00am-1:00pm) and PM sessions(1:00pm-6:00pm).
Nevertheless, we will try to arrange the delivery to crop with your required time.
For specify time flower delivery, we reserve the right for additional charges.
- Additional items such as Birthday Card, Dolls, Red Wine and Birthday Cake must be purchased with floral gifts.
- Please provide us the receiver phone number that is for in case purpose. We will avoid contacting the receiver before the flower delivery.
- Please settle the payment after order placement so that your flower delivery can be scheduled in advance to avoid delay.
- We will confirm your flower delivery either by email or by phone. If you cannot receive the confirmation, please contact us by email.
- Any amendment after order placement, please email to us with the details such as the changing flower color, flower delivery date or your card message.
We will reply to you within one working day.
- For order cancellation, please notify us by Email. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge you the order amount.
